RALLY + RELEASE

We’re kicking off Sunday, June 22nd the right way: with movement, mindfulness, and a patio pint (or two).

We’ve teamed up with our pals at Modo Yoga, Queer Fit Club, RALLY, and yes — ourselves — for a morning that hits all the right notes.

Here’s the flow:

🏃‍♀️ 10:30–11:10 AM — A fun group run led by RALLY. No pressure, just good people, solid pace, and fresh air.

🧘 11:15–12:00 PM — Slow it down with a guided yoga flow on the lawn, led by Sean from Modo Yoga.

🍻 12:00 PM onward — You know what’s next. We’re pouring cold ones on the patio — ‘cause balance.

Free tickets are live on Queer Fit Club’s site. Bring your mat, your crew, and your best vibes.

We’ll also be collecting donations for Rainbow Resource Centre, because community care is part of the deal.
