Every week, teams will battle it out to climb the pyramid, defend their spot, talk a little smack, and play for prizes. Whether you’re a seasoned crib shark or still figuring out what pegs do what, everyone’s welcome.

New to crib? No stress. Coach Louise will be on-site every Tuesday to help you learn the ropes, sharpen your strategy, and settle any “wait… how many points is that?” debates.

Grab a buddy, make a team, and let’s get cribby with it. 🍻

Join us on most Sundays for Casking in the Sunday!

The Pub and British beer culture was a huge influence on the creation of The Beer Can, and a quintessential part of that culture is cask ale. The Beer Can is excited to bring the cask to the Can, thanks to our local brewery partners.

Cask beer is beer that’s unfiltered, carbonated and sealed, where it undergoes a slight fermentation in the cask. These beers have gentle carbonation, a rounder mouthfeel and often a more complex flavour and aromatic profile (according to craftbeer.com). It’s often slightly cloudy, is best served a bit warmer, and is dispensed by gravity using a hand-pump beer engine (which we have at The Beer Can).

Each week will be a bit of an adventure and definitely worth trying again and again!

Once the cask is tapped, we’re serving it only that day, until we run out!

Yoga with Modo Yoga is back. Come flow riverside, then reward yourself after.

Class is in session! Join us for Night School - unique classes and workshops from Winnipeg people and organizations Wednesdays this summer.

This week, we’re getting artsy with painting fun for everyone with The WPG Art Factory!🎨

In just about two hours, our performing artist will guide you through a painting step-by-step. At the end of the night, take home your own unique masterpiece--you will be amazed with what you can do! This special Painting experience led by a local artist is open to painters ages 6 and up.

You just bring your fun-loving friends and/or family, and we'll make sure your inner Picasso is unleashed. Seating is first come, first served. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to secure seating with your friends and order your drink before the event begins. Help keep your artist from becoming a starving one--tips are appreciated!

Everything you will need for use at the event is included: canvas, paints, and brushes.
